When is the Phone Going to Ring?

Apparently today was also not the day for the call from Great Wall. At this point, I don't think that it's possible that we will be traveling in August. It's looking like it'll probably be September when we go to China. I have no idea what the delay is at this point....there are only 2 other families still waiting with us. The rest got their Travel Approvals in the last 2 weeks. I'm thrilled for those families!!!! I just want to be one of them.
