Here is the latest and greatest.....Our paperwork is still sitting on the desk of the top director of the China Center for Adoption Affairs. We need his signature before we can officially get our TA. Maybe he's on vacation.....can't find a pen.....has a really messy desk.....I'm not sure what the deal is! We will not be on a plane next week for sure. I'm not sure when we will be able to get there.....but we will get there eventually!!! We're going to come to get you soon Zachary!
